Notes on ownership, rights, and plagiarism - In several places in this website, and on all copies of the story, there are copyright notices and statements that I reserve all rights. Just to make this clear and explain it in more detail, it means no other person or company can copy, use, modify, or claim as their own, or include in any other work or product any of my story or imagery.

Here’s what you can do:

1. You can read the story and look at the images either online or saved to your computer for offline viewing.

2. You can copy a file to show a friend only if the copy is free, just as if that person downloaded it from the site themselves, and not altered in any way.

3. You can freely talk about the story and imagery in any chat groups, BB’s, message boards, etc.

4. You can set a link to the website opening page without needing to ask permission.

  Here’s what you can’t do:

1. You basically can’t do anything not listed in the “can do” above, without specific written permission from the author.

2. You can’t sell copies of the story file or images to anyone.

3. You can’t take this work and change or modify it in any way, or use it as part of another literary or graphic work.

4. You can’t remove the authorship credits and copyright information from any images or story files.

5. You can’t falsely take any credit for the images or story.

6. You can’t do anything with the story or images for profit of any kind.

If you have any doubts about what you can or cannot do, ask me. If you do something I didn’t allow, without my permission, I have to take whatever legal processes or actions are necessary to protect my property.
